Mandatory:
* Minimum 4 to 8 years experience in progressively responsible
positions;
* Experience in fit/gap analysis;
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits and Recruitment
functionality (HRIS systems);
* Experience with People Tools;
* Experience defining business requirements and translating into
detail design specifications;
* Experience in providing project estimates;
* Good communication skills;
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
* Strong team player;
* Experience in testing including defining test strategy and
developing test plans.
Responsibilities:
* Working with the clients to define and document business
requirements;
* Design of systems solutions to meet business needs;
* Creation of detailed external design specification and other
documentation as needed;
* Systems analysis to identify program modifications and new program
design;
* May act as test lead for some projects;
* Provide support to the business and testing teams;
* Providing business analysis support to the development team;
* Co-ordinate work with other projects as required;
* Providing business analysis support to the development team.
